Don’t make eye contact with the talker, ignore raised hands, refer back to group rules, ask the group if anyone else wants to comment, plan ahead with group rules and activities such as writing comments to share.

It helps your brain remember that it is about the audience and not you. This will allow you to focus on what you are actually presenting instead of focusing on things such as how you look and sound.
